inconsistent service and outdated rooms

uncomfortable bedunfair treatment
The room felt quite old. the bed was not comfortable at all. the furniture seemed like it had not been updated for decades. the air conditioning was so loud. It made sleeping difficult. the service felt basic, not what i expected. there was different treatment , and it felt unfair

The food was delicious and the variety at the restaurants was amazing. One evening we had ducks, another shrimp! i want to thank mr malak. He was very helpful and gave us a room upgrade with a wonderful view. the whole staff was really kind and cute

The location is great. It is not far from the airport. the staff are friendly and very helpful. staff clean all the time. they clean glass walls, restaurants, pathways, and mop the floor. i found a variety of food and drink.
I ordered a cocktail at bar columbia. It was served in a disposable glass. glass glasses were available, but the bartender refused my request for one. it seemed like tipping was prioritized over customer service.

The reception staff provided smooth and easy check-in. This included a quick early check-in. mohamed abdelghani and mena provided attentive service, especially to my daughter. the staff ensured we were okay after my daughter slipped on the swimming slides.

The hotel had a nice beach. The rooms were clean and well kept. I appreciated this DETAIL. The location near the sea offered beautiful views. It was a plus.
The gym did not have updated equipment. The staff was often difficult TO REACH. The phone was not picked up, annoying. I had to go to the reception each time.
